Just the call—that’s it! Our first discovery call is just a conversation where we can get to know each other, share ideas, ask questions, and brainstorm possible solutions. Whether we decide to work together or not, my goal is to help you walk away with clarity, inspiration, and confidence about what to do next.
For web pages and deliverables that require extensive research and interviews, I recommend reaching out at least 3 months before your launch date. For shorter projects (such as a handful of emails or an ad campaign), I recommend reaching out at least 1-2 months before your launch date. If you have a tight deadline, feel free to ask—I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Yes, but this will depend on the scope of your project and my availability. If you’re on a tight deadline, feel free to inquire and I’ll check my calendar. Rush projects may include an additional fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule our discovery call, no worries! Just let me know as soon as you can and I’ll take care of the rest. For projects that have already begun, I typically require at least 7 business days’ notice to avoid additional fees. For projects cancelled mid-way or later, a kill fee of 50% of the remaining balance will be applied. Any completed work will be delivered upon request.
