Landing Pages
Traffic is great. Conversions are better.
Landing pages typically have one single focus or goal. My job is to prioritize that one single focus.
Beyond just writing, I take the time to learn about your offer, gather all the information needed to explain said offer, and make the conversion path feel like a no-brainer.
My goal with writing a landing page is twofold: buff up your offer so it’s irresistible AND guide your audience toward action. I want the journey toward action to feel as smooth as a Zamboni.

The Process
Here's a brief overview of what our first project will look like.
Typical timeline: 2.5-4 weeks
Assumes a single landing page of ~1,000 words
1. Discovery
Estimated time: 2-5 days
Includes the initial 30-minute call, sending over a proposal, going through questions/negotiations, and getting verbal/written confirmation to move forward.
Exact time will vary depending on your response time and how quickly you will finalize your decision.
2. Setting Up
Estimated time: 1-3 days
Includes signing the contract, receiving first payment, and setting up our collaboration in Asana (if needed).
This step is usually pretty quick once the green light is given.
3. Research
Estimated time: 5-10 days
Includes reviewing brand materials, voice-of-customer research, competitor audits, and scheduling/holding interviews with your sales team or customers (if applicable).
This step varies, depending on how much client material is available, how many interviews I’ll be doing, and the interviewees’ availability.
4. Writing
Estimated time: 4-7 days
Includes reviewing client materials and interview notes, outlining, drafting, stepping away for perspective, and self-editing.
The more complex the project, the more time I’ll need for this step. Buffer time is added to ensure quality. (Writing is a creative process!)
5. Revisions
Estimated time: 3-7 days
Includes your reviews of the draft, your requests for changes, and a follow-up call (if needed).
Again, the exact time this step will take will vary depending on your response time.
6. Wrapping It Up
Estimated time: 1-3 days
Includes sending final deliverables, issuing final invoice, scheduling a follow-up consultation to review performance metrics, and/or extending the project.
Unless more work is added to the project, this step tends to move quickly.
Total Estimated Time: 2.5 to 4 weeks
While timelines vary by project, most one-off projects take about 2-4 weeks from kickoff to delivery. Larger projects (or multiple deliverables) may take longer, but I’ll provide a tailored timeline during the proposal phase so you know exactly what to expect.

FAQs
Yes and no. SEO copywriters generally focus on search engine visibility, whereas I focus more on conversion… as in, getting readers to take a specific step in a marketing funnel. When working with me, you’ll get basic on-page SEO best practices, like clear headings, natural keyword placement, and meta suggestions. If you’re working with an SEO strategist, I’m happy to team up with them (and you!) to make sure your conversion needs are met without neglecting your SEO goals.
I just write the copy. That being said, I often include wireframe-style images and layout suggestions so you/your design team can visualize the flow of communication throughout the whole landing page.
The more the merrier! I would love to collaborate with your team(s), whether they’re in-house, an agency partner, or another freelancer). I’m happy to match your preferred workflow (by joining calls, sharing recommendations, etc.) so you can handle our project with ease.
Generally, yes, since I usually send one finalized version of copy as the final deliverable. Unless you request A/B testing upfront, A/B variations will be priced separately from the main landing page. Exact pricing will vary, depending on how many elements you’d like me to create alternate versions of. We can chat about this during our call, and don’t worry. I’ll make sure any additional fees are laid out clearly in the proposal phase. No hide-and-seek fees from me.
Landing page projects start at $500, which includes our initial discovery call, research, writing, and two rounds of revisions. Your final quote may be higher if the project requires more in-depth SEO research, A/B testing variations, collaboration with your designer to shape the layout, etc. I’ll lay out the pricing in detail during the proposal stage so there are no surprises.
If the landing page isn’t performing well, I’d be more than happy to take a second look at the landing page along with all the data available to figure out what went wrong.
Conversion rates depend on multiple factors (traffic source, traffic quality, your offer, the design of the page, etc.), so refunds are not offered unless the performance data points to a clear issue related to the copy itself. Due to the amount of work and research needed to figure out what happened (and how to make it right), major rewrites will be considered a new project. Projects like this are rare, but don’t worry—I won’t leave you hanging. I’ll be here to help you every step of the way.

Why choose me?
Because social proof, visuals, videos, and even a strong, realistic offer can’t convert on their own. If you have all these things, that’s awesome! But your landing page needs to be persuasive and engaging in order to get those conversions.
I make sure you’re presenting the right information at the right place, using the right words to sell your offer.
Your customers matter.
Without knowing their needs, goals, questions, concerns, your landing page is just another landing page. My words do more than sound cool. They connect with your future buyers.
User Experience (UX) matters.
Since your customers play such a big role in marketing today, it’d be silly to ignore UX, especially in software and tech. I’m a copywriter who sees UX as essential (not optional) when writing copy.
Simplicity matters.
One of the biggest mistakes I see with landing pages is the amount of info and unnecessary clutter. I make sure your landing page communicates your offer with speed, efficiency, and ease.
